Laura McNellis

Laura McNellis is president of McSully Properties, a full service real estate brokerage for investment properties. McSully works with Tax Lien portfolio managers and Real Estate investors to provide a complete solution from loan to deed. Laura has 19 years of experience facilitating all types of real estate transactions including land development projects, commercial investments, residential, multi-family, industrial and mature tax liens. Prior to McSully, she was the REO Manager for First National Assets as well as the Managing Broker of First Point Realty Group, the in house brokerage firm for FNA. She has an unparalleled grasp of the Chicagoland market with a predominant focus in the Cook County region. In her short tenure, she has successfully completed over 1,700 transactions, mainly focusing on the disposition of mature tax liens.

In her free time, Laura serves as a board member and President for the National Tax Lien Association, is a member of the Tax Deed Investor Group and the board liaison for the Women In Tax Sales Committee (WITS). 

Laura is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, and is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in the State of Illinois. She is an active member of NTLA, ICSC as well as Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, NAR and IAR.
